If producing 8 hours for 30 days then in a month you will produce 675 * 30 = 20250 kilograms (20.25 tonnes). On average in every tonne you could lose 5 kilograms of nail during the production process. Hence the weight loss in 20.25 tonnnes will be 20.25 * 5 = 101.25 kilograms.

Consequently to make 20250 kilograms of nails you will require 20351.25 (20250 + 101.25) kgs of wire rounded of to 20352. This is an estimate but it should guide you in predicting the raw materials you need. The weight loss could be higher or just slightly lower depending on your efficiencies.
